A No-Nonsense Introduction to Meditation 


This is a donation-based, to-the-point introduction to meditation without all the frills and props. In this class, you will learn everything you need to know to establish a meditation practice of your own

We will answer these questions:

What is meditation?

Why should I bother?

Is there a difference between mindfulness and meditation?

What should I do with my posture? Hands? Legs? Eyes?

Where should I meditate?

When should I meditate?

What else do I need to know?

We will wrap up with a short sitting practice and a list of resources you can use to continue your path.
